Erik graduated from Western Illinois University with a B.B. in Information Systems and Decision Sciences and a Masters in Information Assurance from Western Governors University. He is currently serving as the President of the Chicago InfraGard Chapter and is a member of the US Secret Service’s Electronic Crimes Task Force, and FBI’s Citizen’s Academy, and Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) in Chicago.
Bogac has served on the Board of Directors for the Chicago InfraGard chapter since 2013 and is currently acting as Vice President. She holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier University and an M.B.A from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Dwight is the CFO of Cohesive Networks LLC a cloud-native security and networking software products company – https://cohesive.net. Globally, over 2,000 enterprises use Cohesive’s software defined networking appliances (firewalls, routers, switches) to connect and secure and extend their critical infrastructure into public, private and hybrid clouds. Mr. Koop has logged over 30 years in high tech investment banking and software technology. He was COO of Bedouin Software an application life-cycle tools company which was founded in the Northwestern incubator, and acquired by Borland Software. As EVP of The Swiss Bank Corporation (Now UBS), Dwight was responsible for investment banking infrastructure including, data centers, networking, systems engineering, and technical security. Dwight started his career as one of the founding officers of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). Along the way he has also been a founder of several Chicago based low latency networking and cryptography companies. A native Chicagoan, Dwight and his family live in Saint Charles. He is an alumni of Northwestern University (MM), and the University of Colorado (BS).
Before joining Gift of Hope Edward was the Enterprise Information Security and Server Operations Manager (CISO) for Chicago Public Schools, the third largest school district in the country. Additionally, his IT background includes experiences from running his own business to field service to Fortune 250 experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific. Edward holds active certifications from: (ISC)2, ITIL, PCI, Microsoft, CompTIA, and a designation from the NSA, along with legacy certifications from: Cisco and HP. He is a member of (ISC)2, AITP, ISACA, and a Board Member with the Chicago InfraGard. Edward is involved with: ChicagoFIRST, Chicago Electronic Crimes Task Force, NH-ISAC CyberFit Advisory Group, and the Colorado Technical University – College of Security Studies Advisory Council. He is also a Navy veteran.
Edward has completed, from Northern Illinois University, an MBA and an MS in Mathematics and, from Thomas Edison State College, a BS in Nuclear Engineering Technologies and a BA in Liberal Studies. He also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Jo Ann holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is an ASIS board certified CPP and PSP. She has served on the Chicago Infragard Programming Committee and is an active member of ASIS, ACFE, the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and the FBI Citizen’s Academy Alumni Association.
As Partner and Marketing Specialist for, CCG Solutions, LLC, I identify and target potential clients for emergency management, cyber security, and fiber network engineering projects.
I am excited to bring my more than twenty-four years of varied civil service experiences, which includes my experience as a former Mayor of the Village of Dixmoor and separate but just as important my experiences as an active member of the InfraGuard, Chicago for the last four years to this venture. As a newly elected Executive Board at Large member I stand ready to offer a wealth of knowledge and established relationships.
Jill Czerwinski is an industry thought leader in Information Security and Third party risk management. At a time when organizations seek to protect their data and reputation despite an uptick in outsourcing, Jill helps her clients set strategy to prevent incident. She specializes in bringing an innovative approach to her work to tackle third party risk management processes despite overwhelming numbers of relationships.
